EVE Energy 10GWh power & storage battery project officially started!

On the morning of June 27th, the groundbreaking ceremony of EVE Energy 10GWh power & storage battery project was held in Yuxi, Yunnan Province. The ceremony was attended by Secretary of Yuxi Municipal Committee Li Wang, Deputy Secretary of Yuxi Municipal Committee, Mayor of Yuxi Hua Jiang, and other leaders of relevant units in the city and district, Chairman of EVE Energy Dr. Jincheng Liu, Vice President of EVE Energy Mufen Li and senior managers of EVE. Member of the Standing Committee of Yuxi Municipal Party Committee, Secretary of the Political and Legal Committee, and leader of the whole industry chain of new energy batteries Yong Zhou presided over the ceremony.

Dr. Jincheng Liu delivered a speech. In his speech, he firstly reviewed the historical and humanistic heritage of Yuxi. He mentioned that based on this beautiful history, EVE and Yuxi have tied up again in the lithium battery industry chain and would jointly perform a new energy chapter for the future. EVE will build a green and advanced modern factory in this beautiful land of Yuxi and ensure that not a single drop of waste water will flow here and not a single solid waste will discharge on this land.

On behalf of the government, Mayor Hua Jiang expressed his warm congratulations on the start of the project, pointing out that the project launch marks a significant step in the cooperation between EVE and Yuxi, which would certainly add a powerful impetus to the high-quality development of Yuxi. He hoped that EVE would ensure regular epidemic prevention and control, engineering quality and environmental safety, and accelerate the construction process with the highest standard and efficiency to guarantee that the project would be completed and put into operation as scheduled and reach production.

Later, under the common witness of the site personnel, Secretary Li Wang announced the official start of the battery project, the pile foundation started, and the construction machinery sounded in unison.
